Comanche investigates the
saddle
Comanche grew up wild on the
range in Little Owyhee, NV on the NV/Idaho border. He was gentled at the
Canyon City, Colorado correctional facility, then adopted as a special
needs horse by the Falcon
Ridge Ranch horse rescue. When an old injury healed, he went to Tori,
and now he's here. I'll review basics, continue with easing his understanding
of life amongst humans and start him undersaddle.

Day 4
Will Comanche's love of Windy conquer
his fear of the saddle? The saddle, even on top of another horse, worried
him. Rena's show, don't tell, about body language. Which had meaning for
him, and which should he ignore, how can I make that clear to myself, and
to him?
